Hello, this is my first blog about watches. First of all, i will write something about Rolex. Rolex watches are well known in most of the countries in Asia. Whenever you heard a people said "Rolex", automatically your mind will pop-up a message showing that Rolex is a branded and expensive watch. Therefore, no matter how expensive is the watch, peoples still crazy about it. Besides saying Rolex is good, expensive, branded watch, the most important reason why peoples crazy about it is because the second hand re-sell value of a Rolex watch is the highest among others more branded and higher ranking watches. Whenever you are in a money trouble or in a need of cash, there is always a way to get the money if you owned a Rolex watch. I think you will agree with me with this reason. Is Rolex sell a quartz movement watch ? The answer is NO. Mostly all Rolex watches are made of Automatic movement and some of them are made of manual winding movement. The materials of Rolex consists of stainless steel, 18k yellow gold, 18k everose gold (pink gold),18k white gold and platinum. "Rolex President" also known as " Rolex King" which is the most expensive collection of Rolex watches. All Rolex President watches are made from solid gold. There are many collections of Rolex, but there is a simple way to classified them. We can separate the collections into two major collections : Normal collection and Sports Collection and this will be more easy. Besides these two collections, there is a small collection known as Cellini Collection. The prices of the Sports collection will vary from time to time. Mostly people are crazy about the Sports collection, especially the Daytona (stainless steel black dial & white dial), GMT-Master II (stainless steel), Milgauss (stainless steel with GREEN sapphire crystal), and Submariner (with date).
The Normal collection : Air King, Date, Datejust, Datejust 31mm, Day-Date, Day-Date II, Lady-Datejust, Lady- Perpetual, Perpetual, Pearlmaster, Royal Black.
The Sports collection : Explorer, Explorer II, GMT-Master II, Milgauss, Daytona, Deepsea, Submariner, Yatch Master, Yatch Master II, Turn-O-Graph.
